Our Goalkeeper Clinics focus on goalkeeping fundamentals: the importance of goal stopping, anticipation, and reading the body language of attacking players.

Goalkeeper Training Director Joci Rosa's Philosophy:

Coming from South America, I have been exposed to many coaching styles and a variety of training groups and programs.  Many goalkeepers today in America are multi-sport players, which is quite different from South America. I began creating my coaching curriculum by implementing my prior training and incorporating exercises.  My preparation and training for goalkeepers combines the use of multiple physical abilities and skills that can be applied across a variety of sports.  I want my goalkeepers to maximize on their development of all their abilities: physical, technical, tactical, and mental.  My goalkeepers will be ready to play and will have improved playing skills at a multiple sports level.
